A letter from the founder
First off, thank you. Handing part of your business to someone else isn't a small decision, especially a business you built yourself. I don't treat it like one.
Here's what I want you to know going in. Right now there are patients trying to reach you who never make it through. Someone calls while you're in a room. Someone messages at 9pm after work, which is when most people actually get around to booking. Someone fills out your form and waits two days for a reply. You already did the hard part of earning their attention, and then you lose them at the last step. It's the most expensive thing happening in your practice and you can't see it happening, which is why most owners never get around to fixing it.
We fix that part first.
Over the next couple of weeks we'll put the system in while you keep treating patients. Your part is small on purpose:
-
01
We build first, you react second. Your site, your booking flow, and your follow up all get built before we ask for your time. You'll be reacting to real work instead of staring at a blank questionnaire.
-
02
You download two apps. That's the tech. Slack, so you can reach our team, and Lead Connector, where your daily call list lives. You won't configure anything. We set it up and tell you what to do and when.
-
03
We get on a call once your site is ready. I'll walk you through all of it live. Owners usually tell me the website reveal is their favorite part of onboarding. It's mine too.

Then it starts compounding. Inquiries stop slipping through. Deposits keep your calendar honest. And the patients who love you start turning into reviews and referrals without you having to chase anybody.
One more thing. I started Arcrel because I kept meeting owners whose clinical work was excellent and whose website made them look like an afterthought. That gap is fixable. It's most of what we do.
Thanks for trusting us with this. We'll earn it.
Let's get to work.
